Sound Fabrication was proud to provide custom millwork and acoustical products for the expansion of Glenwood Place Studios in Burbank, California—one of Los Angeles’ premier recording destinations. The project included two new studios, Glenwood Gold and Glenwood Silver, along with lounges and outdoor spaces designed to create an inspiring, comfortable environment for artists and producers.

Our scope included the fabrication of all architectural millwork elements, such as wainscoting, exposed beams, feature walls, and cabinetry, crafted to reflect the warm, residential aesthetic of the studios while contributing to the acoustic performance of each space. In addition, Sound Fabrication produced custom acoustical treatments—including diffusers and wall panels—engineered to meet strict technical requirements provided by Criterion Acoustics. These elements ensured balanced sound distribution, isolation, and clarity essential to the studios’ world-class performance standards.
