A 1 dimensional diffuser features wells of varying depths that generate a combination of phase shifts to disperse reflected sound. This product is ideal for managing sound reflections in listening environments, particularly from rear walls and primary reflection points.

COMPOSITION

The core is 1-1/2” fire rated MDF with a paper backed veneer. The finish coat is a waterborne clear coat.

INSTALLATION

Due to the size and depth of the diffuser, it is often recessed in the wall and mounted on blocking. Also available with an aluminum cleat mounting system.
